Paris Club contribution to the Doha Conference on financing for development

                    As a group of major sovereign creditors that has been committed to orderly debt resolutions for over fifty years, the Paris Club has a major stake in international debates on issues related to external debt, which will be one of the major thematic areas in the “Conference on Financing for Development” (Doha, 29 November – 2 December 2008).

 Paris Club creditors have therefore decided to prepare a common submission to the Conference that reflects the Paris Club views on external debt issues.
