Definition of repayment period

For all the standard repayment tables, the repayment period and the grace period start exactly at the middle of the consolidation period or, for stock treatments, at the date of the stock rescheduling. Six months are added, and then the number of years of grace, to have the first date of payment.

Examples:

For a consolidation period from January 1st, 2000 until December 31st, 2000, the middle of the consolidation period is July 1st, 2000 and, for debts rescheduled with no grace period, the first date of payment is January 1st, 2001.

For a stock treatment on January 1st, 2000, for debts rescheduled with a 1-year grace period, the first date of payment is July 1st, 2001.
